Whereas the 2^nd Party is agreed to undertake the Structural Works in according to the approved drawing of the Proposed Villa 1 & 2 on Plot No. 3117 – Phase-10, at Al Seeb, Al Mabelah South for the 1^st Party.

Terms & Conditions:

1.      All materials to be supplied by the 1^st Party at site.

2.      All the shuttering materials to be supplied by the 2^nd party.

3.      Water, Electricity & Accommodation to be provided by the 1^st Party.

4.      All the works shall be carried out as per the approved drawings.

5.      If any additional or variation works, charge will be extra.

6.      Payment should be done within 3 (Three) days of completion of every stage.
